I have worked with many realtors, but few compare to the level of service we received from Brad. It can be tough to be an out of town seller, but Brad went beyond the call of duty to assist us in the prep and sale of the property. Professional, Helpful, Thorough

We chose Brad to represent our Phoenix property because we knew he had prior experience with our condo complex and that the parties were pleased with his work. From initial contact through to the completion of the sale, we found Brad to be professional, helpful and thorough. Based on the comparatives, Brad gave us a recommended price range. We chose to "price to sell" and so we listed our property at the lower end of the range that Brad recommended to us. We had a contract in about two weeks. Brad stewarded the process through to the closing. The condo home we were selling was a second home and so we were managing the sale remotely from Seattle. Brad was tremendously helpful managing the electrical and plumbing repairs that we agreed with the buyer. We highly recommend Brad. Patience, Perseverance and Professionalism

When Brad helped me sell my house, the closing was delayed due to the buyer's agent and lender falling asleep at the wheel. Rather than shrug his shoulders, Brad made a constant effort to hold the other parties to task, ensuring the close of the sale. As I was a first-time seller, I was unfamiliar with many of the closing procedures, and Brad patiently explained the details to me along the way. I deeply appreciate his knowledge, skill and enthusiasm. Brad is simply amazing!

I haved worked with Brad on several transactions including one when I lived out of state and have never worried that something could go wrong. I will always choose him for my real estate transactions. He is by far the Best realtor in Phoenix. Highly recommend.

Brad came as a recommendation from an acquaintance of mine. Once contacted Brad, and expressed my short-timeline and my new home criteria, he immediately expressed interest in helping and provided listings that matched my needs. From start to end Brad was outstanding. Brad was always available to answer any questions that we had, dealt with my questions patiently and always with confidence. Brad is very knowledgeable, not only in his 'expertise' in the real-estate market, but also the metropolitan area, plants, trees (coming from the mid-west, all of this is new to me), recommendations for the different utility providers, etc. Brad helped me find a nice home in the Ahwatukee Foothills that is beautiful and was in my price range. He worked fast and got me to close successfully on time. Any Phoenix real estate needs I / my friends have in the future, no question I will contact/ highly recommend Brad.
